Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the following fees:
– $15 per person for breakfast and brunch reservations

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase at our front desk and online through both the Hotel Bardo and Saint Bibiana websites. Gift certificates may be used across the property, including Bar Bibi, The Green Room, Shop Bardo, Saltgrass Spa & Fitness, The Cooking School at Saint Bibiana, and for hotel stays.

Cooking classes have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

Guests must be 14 years or older to participate in our standard cooking classes. For our junior chefs ages 5-14, we offer Kids Cooking Classes, as well as a variety of activities through Camp Bardo, available under the “Events & Activities” section within the “See & Do” tab on our website. Each Kids Cooking Class reservation includes one parent and one child, with the option to add additional participants for an added fee.

Cooking classes are three-hour, hands-on culinary experiences organized around a specific theme or cuisine. Guests work alongside our chefs to prepare multiple dishes and learn techniques throughout the class.
At the end of the experience, participants enjoy the full meal they’ve prepared together, often with optional wine or beverage pairings. Classes typically host up to 15 guests, and we recommend arriving with an appetite.
